Kids Jiu Jitsu / Bullyproof

Our kids Jiu Jitsu classes are aimed at guiding kids through the fundamentals of the 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu system. In an increasingly digital world with so many directions and distractions to get caught up with, our Jiu Jitsu classes will help your child to recenter their mind and master self-discipline. This is a great outlet for kids to stay healthy, build confidence and social skills, and develop self-defense skills in a safe, controlled, and nurturing environment.

Beginners

These classes concentrate on 10th Planet’s warm-ups A-H and on basic positioning, passing, and submissions. These classes will further strengthen your journey into 10th planet’s system and will teach core techniques that will help you at every level.

10P Jiu Jitsu (All Levels)

This program accommodates beginner to advanced levels. It covers the entire 10th Planet style Jiu Jitsu which incorporates new age techniques aimed at improving your skills as a grappler, MMA fighter and in self-defense. Our advanced classes are open to all Jiu Jitsu ranks.

Leg Lock

Leg locks are focused on attacking vulnerable parts in the leg by using leverage to manipulate them. Our classes will teach you the fundamentals of leg locks as well as the more complex details of this dark art.

Rubber Guard

One of the most popular 10th planet techniques, the rubber guard, is a closed high guard system that breaks down the posture of your opponent and at the same time gives you a variety of ways to set up sweeps and submissions. One of the most important aspects of the rubber guard is the high level of control you are able to achieve on your opponent while using it.

Strength and Conditioning

Strength and conditioning classes revolve around following through an appropriate resistance training program that works hand in hand with the grappling program a student is following.  These classes are not only designed to supplement Jiu Jitsu classes but also serve as training classes on their own for people who desire to lose weight, increase their strength and stamina, or simply want to get a workout in.

Open Mat

Open mat is a weekly one-hour long session that involves an hour of free-rolling. No techniques are taught in the session. It is limited to sparring.
